I am divorced and I’m on a fixed income and looking for a place to live, I have been all over Macomb and I have not been impressed or have been taken seriously as I have by Bree Powers at Lakeside Village. I have been approved and I am on the waiting list, after all of Bree’s help I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. She explained everything thoroughly and was very professional as well as compassionate and understanding. I am looking forward into joining the Lakeside community and I am forever grateful to Bree for all her help.

My Wonderful Stay

I lived at Lakeside Village Apartments with My Parents for 6 years and I absolutely LOVED it...the Maintenance is Wonder...

I lived at Lakeside Village Apartments with My Parents for 6 years and I absolutely LOVED it...the Maintenance is Wonderful, especially Jason because when you need him he is ALWAYS there for you and will help you ASAP. The Guys and Girls in the Office were wonderful, I have not ONE complaint. The apartment that we lived in at 15435 was such a beautiful and cozy apartment and we had so much room in the Rooms, Living Rooms, Bathrooms, and the Kitchen. I would recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment, that would be with you guys! :-)

I recently signed my lease for a 2nd year. The office staff are always friendly and very helpful. Maintenance is not often needed, but when something does go wrong, it is handled asap by the friendly maintenance crew. I feel safe and secure in this gated community. A quiet atmosphere with a park being constructed just a short distance across the road. A nice trail is located behind the apartments. I have enjoyed seeing, from my kitchen window, deer feeding and strolling alongside this trail. I am looking forward to another great year.

If I could give more stars I would my wife siboney just recently moved in she called about a few things that need to be finished up in the apartment the maintenance man Cal Came out within a few hours and did a wonderful job The scenery on the property is beautiful There is at least over 20 weeping Willow trees Just an all out beautiful place To live.

Lived here for 2 years and wish I could stay but due to my job relocating I am moving out of state. Pretty landscaping, friendly maintenance and office personnel, and EXCELLENT snow plowing in the winter. After reading some of the other reviews I felt like I needed to give an honest review. If you are looking for a nice place to live you will love it here.

Long time resident and I have been happy overall. I have had a few maintenance issues, but all have been resolved in a reasonable amount of time. The maintenance guys have been wonderful: Lou and Jason! The staff is friendly and the community is beautiful. I’m very happy with the recent changes to management. I’ve had a problem with my neighbor and it’s finally been solved thanks to Megan. I hope to stay many more years.

I love this place!!! Jason from maintenance left me the sweetest note after fixing my bathroom. It was so clean like no one was ever there. I’ve lived here for 6 years and there is not one bad thing I can say. The office staff is always amazing and the maintenance supervisor Lou and his entire staff are just the best!!! I can’t say enough about what great service from start to finish.

This is home to me. I love it here-after selling my house 4 yrs ago, I really wanted to find an apartment that felt like I was living in a home setting..and I found it here at Lakeside Village seriously guys! It is a high spacious apt, lots of storage space, has a large balcony and apt has a washer and dryer... there are 2 pools ...has a mini fitness center with sauna..Wow!!! Really..Anyway the staff is very friendly and most important is if anything need fixing or you are having a problem in the apartment or fixtures they are very prompt in fixing things when you put In your request. In my opinion This is the best place to live in Clinton Twp..It is a good community to live in and the school system is blue ribbon good- What more can you ask for?..... It feels like Home to me.

It'll be 7-years in February and we'll be happy to renew our lease so long as they continue to offer excellent residence services that we have come to expect and have received over the years. I adore the maintenance crew, to me they are the pulse of the community, they are everywhere and they are superior!!
